Itemised calls and texts not updating

My itemised calls and texts are not refreshing on my plan and haven't done since 13.1.2025

Your data allowance should refresh on

your billing date each month so is this not hapening and when was your billing date ?

It's not the data allowance it's the updating of itemised calls and texts on  the plans part of the bill usually updates daily but has not updated since 14.01.2025
