Ordered the wrong sim plan and would like to cancel
Hello,
I recently ordered a phone with a sim plan and would like to cancel this ordered and send the phone back as I cannot afford the correct sim plan.

Hi @Lukelaidlaw the only way to cancel an order is by calling sky. You can call on 150 from a sky sim.

It's unclear from your post whether the device has already been delivered to you. If it has then as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. As stated above dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
