Unable to receive incoming calls

Reported problem receiving incoming calls on sky mobile number stating number unknown although I am able to make outgoing calls. Told Tuesday 30th Dec , technical issue could take 36/48 hrs to resolve. Called for update 1st Jan,  52 hrs later to be told can now expect resolution within 3 - 5 days . Happy New Year  any suggestions, have tried usual troubleshooting remedies but no success

If you have been told there is a fault then seeing as it has been the Christmas and New Year break then it might take a little longer to be fixed hence you now been given a 3-5 days working fix.

Thanks for your response however being a multinational organisation in communication & entertainment wouldn't you think they have the resources available to employ engineers during holiday periods . As BBC & ITV must do. 7 days to resolve this issue is totally unacceptable in my opinion

Hi there I have exactly the same issue. Changed provider to sky mobile 14th December and still I am unable to receive calls or texts. I have contacted customer services daily but still the problem continues. I have now been told on 2 occasions that it is a porting issue but no one comes back. I am self employed and losing work on a daily basis. Please can you confirm if your issue is now sorted? Thank you
