Sky mobile bill

Been charged twice,looking for a refund

Have you made an unnecessary manual payment when you already have a direct debit or continuous card payment set up?

Check the dates that the two bills cover. Are they the same? 

Alternatively are you a new customer

Call sky on 150 @Alcapone19811  but you didn't say if the two payments were for the same billing period ?
