Using to much data

Iam housebiund but for zo me reason i am using all my mobile data can you explain this please

Do you have Wifi at home that you could use ?

 

If not then have a look at your device itself and in the apps to see what apps are using what data and then you can disable any that you do not use.

I keep running out of data each month. How do you get more they were saying the piggybank but if I click on to it it doesn't come up. Louise

The 'piggybank' stores unused data at the end of each month, so presumably you don't have any.
