I've had issues with sky on 5g the speeds are slower than 4g speeds I have an iPhone 15pro with sky 5g showing in the signal area but the speeds are poor I have full 5g signal but only gettin 21.9mbps down and 9.50 upload. I also have a 3 sin with 5g and there speeds are 337.69 the first one is Three 5g and the second is sky 5g.
Why is there such a difference and why is sky so slow?
mbps down and 55.3 upload.
My question is why is sky 5g so slow my daughter has a iPhone 13Pro and she has slow speed as do I I will attach screenshots of both in the post

No one has offered any help with this and sky don't do anything I'm glad it's only my kids that have is it would kill me been so slow and unresponsive.. if the signal is the same then the sp Ed's should be the same if I have full signal on both Devices then shorly they should be close in speed I just don't understand how they can say it's 5g @20mbps.
On my 3 sim I can be in my house with tha same signal as outside on sky and get 900mbps I just don't understand how it can be so much slower if it's 5g it's mind boggling and it's not just at home it's the whole 5g network where it's slow on sky whenever I have a 5g signal I run a speed check and it is always low 30s - low 20s it's just mind boggling how much difference there is

O2 is just a slow network overall which always comes last in national speed test reports. There's not much Sky can do other than switch to a better network when the deal with O2 expires.
