I have just moved from o2 (yesterday) and already regretting it. I checked the system gmail checker before moving to sky and have done for the last 2 days. Frustrating as I have not had any phone signal inside a building (anywhere in my area) for 2 days. I can get signal outside. What is happening?

Hi Kelli there join the club! No signal Friday today (Sat) & no doubt 2morrow Sunday I will ring them and ask for a refund even though it'll only be about 33p a day mind if we all do it it will cost them. Apparently they use O2 transmitters for our Sky Signals. I must admit that I don't really have a problem normally & I like Sky but my patience is wearing thin 🤔

Hi Sandra, sorry to hear you're experiencing this too but relieved I'm not alone! Hopefully faith can be restored!

Remember that Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so you and others will be relying on a third party repair.

It's 02 isn't it?
They should get their act together with Sky!

Yes Kelle hopefully but it's going to be 3 days today...I'm waiting for messages to come through & they don't use WhatsApp or Signal!

Thanks Daniel. This is the confusing part as that link shows that signal is good in my area. As this is a new phone I was thinking it could be down to porting my number but this is the 3rd day of no signal. I have logged it as a problem on the link you posted.
