Over charged bill

Hello there, I changed my payment date from the 8th of February to the 14th of February and it's trying to charge me twice the amount £54 instead of £27. I cannot afford to pay this. This isn't right

Changing payment date doesn't just move it - it recalculates the cost.

Although doubling doesn't seem quite right but we can't see your bills to see why.

Call Sky before you services are restricted but it may be too late...

Hi @CharlesNesham  from the help pages

"When you change your payment date your next bill might be higher, as it will cover a longer billing period. For example, a month and 10 days.

It might also mean that you have two device repayments on the same bill."
