I've just had my new iPhone 16 delivered with a new contract. I've changed my mind and want the iPhone 16 pro. Can I send the 16 back within the 14 day period and change it and my contract for the pro?

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days not 14), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here
