I have spoken to customer services today regarding an early swap. The deal has been added to my account ready for me to accept the offer within 2 weeks to give me time to think about it.
I am selling my iPhone back to Sky as part of the swap. I have been told that the contract will be cancelled and the value of the iPhone will be deducted from the final balance.
My question is.....am I able to make monthly payments to clear the remaining phone balance? I was advised by the call handler that I could yet when I try to do this online, it only has the option to pay in full?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @StAlbans81 if you swap your phone and there is a balance remaining it is added to your next bill to be paid in one go. The advisor has given incorrect information. It can't be paid off monthly.
