Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you checked that your phones are now showing the correct number in the settings because if it is wrong and is showing the one that came with the sim then it will need updating to the correct ones.

Yes tried all that and a lot more would be nice to actually get support from sky.
