Wrong Phone Number.

We ordered 2 phones back in October and used the pac code to bring the numbers over after 24hrs both our phones worked with the ported number. We can receive calls and texts via our ported number but the new phone number that's applied to a sim when registering if we text or call someone back it's not the ported number. It used the new sky assigned number.. I tried ringing support was told it was fixed when I tested it it wasn't fixed was promised a call back but that never happened. What can I do. Regards
