Hi there
recently changed my phone, kept the same number just swapped the SIM. When I'm out of WiFi range I cannot send or receive messages and I can't make calls at all whether with WiFi or not. I have tried all the different devices support ideas and nothing has worked. Anyone got any ideas to help? Half the so called tech support doesn't even apply to my phone it seems! Phone is an iPhone 15 - getting very desperate now and can't even call sky to get help!

I've tried resetting network settings, everything else that has been suggested to switch on or off doesn't appear on my phone, such as mobile data, I just have mobile service and that gives no options other than switching between travel and primary neither of which seems to make a difference. It hasn't worked since I got the new handset. If I use the dropdown at the top right of the phone it says no service

Yes I did. It looks like it's ringing but never connects
