Paid bill but saying I haven’t paid

Hi, I paid my bill over the phone today at 12pm but I've recieved an email at 7pm saying this wasn't paid and is overdue?

Is your bill usually paid by a monthly credit/debit card you have setup on your account or via a direct debit and what date is your billing date each month ?

Hey! Yes it usually comes out on a direct debit but I changed bank accounts and had £0 in my other account when it was supposed to come out so I put it in as it said they would keep trying until 4pm yesterday but they never took it so I paid today and it came out of my account, but I got an email today saying it hasn't been paid but it's come out of my account and it says on the app it's been paid?

If the app is saying your bill has been paid then it probably has gone through OK, I take it that it shows as being paid here as well:

Also have you now updated your payment details for your new account ?
