Hi, I paid my bill over the phone today at 12pm but I've recieved an email at 7pm saying this wasn't paid and is overdue?

Hey! Yes it usually comes out on a direct debit but I changed bank accounts and had £0 in my other account when it was supposed to come out so I put it in as it said they would keep trying until 4pm yesterday but they never took it so I paid today and it came out of my account, but I got an email today saying it hasn't been paid but it's come out of my account and it says on the app it's been paid?
