I can log into my account but my phones details are not there and on a seperate account.
it says to link accounts, when I do this it says already linked but cannot gain access after trying numerous times.
I would like to be able to see my phone accounts and manage them on the app.
Also I need to do rollover asap.
How do I get this resolved?

Hello,
This sounds very similar to my husbands predicament, hope someone can help us, I'm the account holder, I have a Sky mobile & tv account, I have full access to my details, my husband has a Sky mobile account, but when he logs on to his account, it says he's not authorised to use this account, so, no access to his piggybank or anything else, how do I give him access to his details? Thank you in advance.

Same here. Can't manage my mobile account on My Sky.
Every time I select the Manage tab in Mobile, the app or browser resets to the first tab. I mentioned this to someone on the virtual chat weeks ago but it is still an issue. Please sort it out Sky! This is basic stuff that we need

I have the same issue after changing phones. iPhone to iPhone so everything else simply "bumped" over. I can access my tv and WiFi bills but not my mobile bill. Please help us Sky!! This isn't a rare issue!!
