Can anyone help I recently got a second phone through my sky account since then all information regarding both my phones have disappeared from my sky app. I tried to re-link account but just got a message saying account already linked I have deleted and reinstalled the app and it's still not working all I can get is information on my TV side of the account nothing on my mobile just saying to join sky mobile can't even roll data been online and tried to sign in there the same issue both phones are still working and sky have taken their money so no idea what to do next if someone can please help with any suggestions

I'm having this same problem. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled but none of my mobile account is accessible (keeps saying account already linked). I'm unable to obtain any mobile account information either in the app or on the internet, I have been unable to roll data for my daughter which will likely incur further charges with her usage. Please can anyone help

I am having the same problem each time I log into my sky it says sky mobile unavailable and none of my sky mobile details are on there!
I have tried everything.
