I have never been so unhappy with customer service and customer care from a company like i have been with yourselves. It is so hard to get in touch with you, my signal has been terrible in my area since the day i purchased it and when i got through to an advisor the call kept dropping and no one called me back. I am very unhappy with the lack of investigation into this and where i live is almost like living in a black spot for signal. When i have tried to report this on the chat bot feature it keeps confusing itself with saying it is the phone broadband service which I have tried to explain it isn’t but because it is a robot it’s hard to get my problems across. I would like some assistance to resolve this issue because after my contact is up i will definitely not be renewing and i won’t recommend this to any friends in the future
