Sky Mast down 24hrs here in Alcester, Warwickshire. How long before it's working?
Fed Up can i get a refund???? 🫤

As customers here we can't say how long it will be as Sky themselves do not own or maintain the mast so will be up to another company to fix it.

Hi @sandra3728 once your mast is repaired and your phone up and running you could call sky and ask for a refund for loss of service. Don't expect a fortune as, for example, if your plan is £10 per month that only works out at roughly £0.33 per day. Also as it's a local issue rather than a national outage they may not give compensation.
