Beta version has worked! Using a Samsung tablet and following the instructions on install have downloaded and am able to watch offline without the error.

Welcome to the Community.
Sorry to hear you're still encountering issues. Can you confirm the following please?
What is the Android version? (Settings on your phone > about phone)
What is the Sky Go version showing? (With the app open > select the cog and scroll to the bottom. If the App won't open, you can this in settings > apps > sky go > scroll to the bottom of the screen).

Finally got it working on my Galaxy S9, I had to update Android System Web View, then update the Beta version of the app even though I only installed it a couple of hours ago!
I now have a new problem, whenever I try to play anything, live or otherwise, I get the following:
"There has been a problem connecting to the Sky Go network. Please try again later. If you keep seeing this error please contact customer services. Error code: 0-01
Any ideas?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI think that is a subscripition error code, so are you signed in with the correct Sky ID, how long have you been a Sky customer, have you left in the past and returned ?

I guess that makes sense, I've only just signed up so maybe I'm being a bit too eager 😄
I'll give it a few days, thanks for the response 🙂

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou should be able to view everything Sky Go as to offer while you are waiting an installation then after it takes place what you can view via the app will math your TV package. I would give Sky a call about this as it should be working for you.
