Authorised home devices for Sky Go
I have a iMac and a MacBook Pro sat next to each other. On the iMac Sky Go works fine. On the MacBook Pro, I get error code 1410 when trying to watch a Sky Sports football match and cannot watch the same thing I can watch on the iMac! I am logged in to Sky correctly on both machines and recently deleted and re-installed the Sky Go app on the MacBook. I can even log onto Sky Go successfully on my iPhone!! If I can only use 2 devices, I would prefer the two computers and drop the iPhone but I can't see how to do this. I can watch other channels on Sky Go on the MacBook but not Sky Sports!!!

Re: Authorised home devices for Sky Go
I have a commitment late morning/early afternoon. If it's around 0900 to 1000 that should be fine

Re: Authorised home devices for Sky Go
As you have 48 hours to respond there is no rush for you to be online when it is sent so I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
