sky go is not connecting to the server

I am trying to connect via my ipad to sky go    It just keeps saying it can't contact to the server. This is so frustrating as my iphone is working no problem. Ive dont everything suggested in other threads ie. ll the updates, restarting etc but still nothing. ive tried live chat with sky but OMG that like trying to pull teeth.

Are you using anything like a VPN or private relay on your iPad ?

No i am not.

 

Its frustrating that i can connect on my iphone but not my ipad

Have you tried disabling your Wi-Fi connection then deleting the app  Then reboot  your iPad then turn on the Wi-Fi connection then install the app again ?
