Sky go app stopped working. When I go into watch a programme just had loading sign then kicks me out? Using on IPhone latest ISOs.
done all the restart/remove app options but not working still.
had same yesterday seemed like a memory issue as I was running out so purchased more which resolved the issues but same happened today and enough memory?

I am having same issue. App not working through WiFi at home. Is fine with 5G.
Done all troubleshooting and sky provides wifi.
Did you have any luck sorting the problem?

I have just been on a phone call with Sky for 2 hours and was passed through 8 different departments. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Skygo app, rebooted and upgraded my Broadband, switched off the SkyQ box, reactivated the SkyQ box to play via Wi-Fi via Settings. Thankfully I saw your message any told the Sky Contract Team, who now confirm that it is a problem with the Sky Server! Just one point to make.... the SkyGo app does play the channels through my mobile phone hotspot, just not through my Sky Broadband Wi-Fi. Hopefully they will get it sorted soon.

I have the exact same problem. Must be Sky end as when I connect to my work WiFi Skygo app works fine.

It’s not the app not working exactly - it says that the sign in process is complete with a big green tick, but when I try to use it, it says more things to fill in but then goes right back to the start of the process every time!! Therefore I cannot access anything and it's as though I'd pressed "not now"!!

Having issue with my app says I have no network connection but my Wi fi on my phone it's not connecting to the tele ?????
