Sky Go not playing recorded tv programmes

Losing the will here! Can't face a 3rd call to Sky! Called Saturday as on my Samsung s10+ tablet I can't watch any recorded programmes. I can watch tv that's on at that time. The lady who i spoke to said it was a technical problem and that she had sent it across to the technical team and it would be resolved in 24 hours. Well 5 days later and still isn't working. Ring sky tonight go through reactivating the sky go through settings on the tv sign out and sign into sky go again and still saying the same "your device is being registered please wait etc" still can't watch anything recorded. In that time the sky broadband keeps dropping out and back again. So I'm passed to someone else who then says he'll put me on hold and run diagnostics first.. I'm on hold listening to lovely music then a few clicks on the phone and then I'm cut off.. I've lost the will to ring a 3rd time.. I ran the diagnostic thing via my Sky and it said everything was running fine. Can someone please help in how to solve how I can watch recorded tv programmes on my tablet. I have a Samsung s24 phone and can watch recorded stuff on there no issues, also I only have 2 devices registered so that isn't the issue either. Many thanks!
