Despite having Sky Go Extra and no issues previously and no other devices using Sky Go suddenly I am getting an error message saying that would need to upgrade to Sky Go Extra. I believe based on previous replies this just needs reseting by Sky as signing out and in failed to resolve.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

i am having the same issue; have the correct package to allow SkyGo via Playstation app but i get an error message every time. i'd be grateful if a sky employee coud please check my account and get back to me please. thanks

Yes I should have access. I can get skygo via upad but not playstation. Grateful if someone could please DM me to resolve the details please. Thanks

You don't need Sky Go Extra for your iPad but do for a Gaming console so do you have it and are you a Sky+, Sky Q or Sky Glass customer ?
