Manage devices restricted

When I try to access Manage devices it says 'this page is restricted'

Give this a try:

 

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv

 

Select "Manage Device" against whatever you want to remove then scroll down to "Remove Device".

I have the same problem but cannot see my bills etc. I'm wondering if it is because I may have another sky Id but i can't remember the password or the memorable date it asks for to change the password?

Tried everything to access manage devices via main website and the SKy Go app but neither seem to work and the message on screen states - THIS PAGE IS RESTRICTED - any idea how to sort the issue or do we have to wait for Sky to resolve the website ?  This message has been the same for months now.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
