Sky go not connecting on imac
Cannot get sky go to connect on my iMac. Keep getting the message "we are having trouble connecting " error 001.
It is connecting fine on my phone which is using the same WiFi connection.
I've tried all the suggestions on sky site, ie reinstalling app and restarting device, but keep getting same message. Any ideas?

I had the same problem and this worked for me. I’m using a mac mini on Sequoia 15.3.1
Uninstall the app
Launch the Finder, go to the Downloads folder and delete ‘SkyGoInstaller.’
In Finder, go to the Applications folder and delete Sky Go app
Remove Sky Go files
In the Finder select Go to folder from the Go menu at the top of the screen.
A dialog box should appear. Now copy and paste the following text into the box and press the return key: ~/Library/Application Support/ you might have to press return or click on it.
Select the Sky Go folder and delete it.
Also the com.bskyb skygoplayer file and delete
Empty Recycling Bin
Reboot the Mac
Download and reinstall Sky Go from the sky website select the imac version.
Once installed click on sky go app and it then took me to password which I re entered and its now working for me.
