I would like to say a huge thanks to Ann(e) not sure if it was with an E or not for the help she gave me on the 20th regarding my Sky Stream order she went above and beyond to find out what was happening with my order and found out it became a 'ghost' order for some reason and she went on to contact another back office to get the order progressed. Then later on in the evening I had 2 E-mails saying that the order has been processed and that the puck is now awaiting dispatch. She is a credit to the Call center and deserves to be recoginsed. I want to say a massive thanks to Rebecca (Removed) for the exceptional service I received on the phone today. After several failings from Sky, I rung up very angry that my initial issue had not been dealt with and also follow up calls had not been completed. Rebecca took full ownership of my issue, listened to my concerns and frustrations and empathised with the situation. She clearly explained what options were available and what would be required to find a resolution. Her approach was methodical and communication was clear. Her knowledge of processed and other departments was also fantastic. She consulted her manager Callum to arrange a speedy resolution but did not over promise on what could be delivered. She also ensured feedback was given to the other advisors who had not fulfilled their promises. Rebecca then rang me back to confirm the successful resolution. She is an abdolute credit to Sky and should be used as a role model for other customer service staff. Thank you, (Removed)

I've had a bit of a rocky upgrade and now that the dust is settled I needed to confirm a few aspects and raise some queries about my bill. Firstly I spoke to Kev (who I believe is in mobile cancellations) and he was a shining star in terms of discussing my contract, the outcomes of my decisions and providing me with all the information to be confident in my choices. Gold star customer service. Then I had some questions about my delayed provisioning compensation so Kev transferred me to Alex in the broadband technical team and Alex was amazingly helpful, patient when I spoke about the troubles I'd had and also answered all of my questions in terms of timescales and when I should expect to see things reflected in my bill. He was excellent too and really made me confident in Sky as a provider. I just needed to shout them out as star customer service reps who really made me feel like a Gold Star VIP customer. Apologies, I didn't get his name. But I'm having an issue with my ONT for the new broadband. I phoned today (29/07/2024) at 11:08. The person on the phone was so helpful and sorted out the engineer visit while on the phone when I thought this was going to be a long painful process of trying to fix the issue. Just like to say thanks to Dan and to SKy for the levels of ownership in getting our Broadband up and running across our house. Dan turned up, as planned on the 22nd and was both informative, polite and super helpful. After he left and the 24hour settling down period still hadnt managed to make it all happen, i reached out to him via e-mail and he responded well out of hours and then took personal responsibility to get it fixed.....which it is!! I just wanted to formally pass on my feedback and appreciation to our Sky Engineer who installed our new equipment. She carefully planned the route of wiring and dish location to ensure it looked the very best and avoided having to drill through render and trail wiring along it too. Recently I was unfortunate to of lost my partner to breast cancer. In the ensuring time I had to deal with a lot of services and companies. Sky stood head and shoulders above all. I called today at around 140pm and was put through to him as I wanted to cancel my contract as the new price was expensive. Well he changed my mind. From the moment he took my call he was so friendly, polite, professional and charming. He was so helpful and informative. We had some lovely chats while we waited for available quotes for my account to come through and I can say from many years in customer service that Sky are VERY LUCKY to have him on staff. Following months of recurring issues with the Sky Broadband and our internal Sky TV coverage via the four miniboxes (which I now understand were mainly Broadband related), we were seriously contemplating moving to a different supplier. However, in desperation (because I routinely work from home and broadband is essential) we decided to book what could have been the final engineer’s visit from Sky. Occurring on Friday 10th May 2024, Jason from Sky proved to be an absolute star! He went above and beyond to tackle the ongoing frustrations with our broadband and minibox coverage. Not only did he handle the technical issues with finesse, but his personable nature and professionalism shone through every step of the way. He's clearly not just a skilled technician; he's a genuinely nice guy who made us feel reassured about continuing our relationship with Sky spanning some 36 years. Jason's dedication and excellent service are the reasons we're staying loyal customers. Thank you, Jason, for your outstanding work and a job very well done. Finally, I consider Sky to be extremely privileged to have someone of Jason’s obvious qualities in such an essential, customer-facing, role.

We came to our property to find our satelite dish had rusted off the hinges, and was hanging on for dear life by a thread. Glen, gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way, and when he arrived at our property he was the most polite, helpful and friendly person my partner and I could have ever wished to meet! We recently moved house and the Sky engineer, Laurence (removed), that did the TV install was a absolutely first rate.
Not only did he patiently go through the entire setup process with me, he even called back a few days later to check everything was still working ok after the broadband service finally got connected.

Would like to highly praise (Removed) the engineer who came to see us on Tuesday.
We are in the middle of a massive house move and he was completely unfazed by the situation. He offered solutions to all the problems which cropped up and was so efficient at suiting up in harness, replacing the dish, drilling a new hole in the wall to replace a dead cable and even had time to used to test our phone line coming from VoIP to a non fibre property.
We sincerely hope that Simon is truly valued by Sky, as after 20 years on the job he is exceptional!

I had a Sky engineer visit last Friday called Gary, I was in work, so my mother was there to let him in, it turned out that we had to have a new sky dish and all new wiring, my mother rang me to tell me everything that he had done and in fact it took him a couple of hours, in not the best weather. He was polite, helpful and very courteous towards my mother, in fact she said it was a pleasure to see someone who took a pride in their work. Anyway, Sky usually send out a survey straight after an engineer has called but I havent received anything and I wanted to make sure that Gary was commended for the work that he did, he is an asset to Sky, so thank you and please thank him on behalf of myself Dawn and my mother Kay Kind regards

Hi Over the last two days I have had a problem with sky store Thursday I spoke to your colleague Page who was a very good customer service and very happy to see my problem but we couldn't resolve it and we both decided to give the problem a day to see if would solve itself. My partner called today and spoke to David (removed) from the Glasgow Retention office to address a difficult and complex situation. David was super helpful, understanding and polite. He went above and beyond our expectations to help him and ensure that we understood everything.
While on the phone, David sent emails to various people, spoke to colleagues and managers to help and even had a possible non-returns charge waived to make life easier.
This man is an absolute asset to Sky. He knows how to speak to people and get's the job done efficiently and to the highest standard.

My sky contract was coming to an end next month and I wanted to find a new deal with amedments to my package. Initially the contact centre service on two occasions was terrible and left me so frustrated. I nipped into the store in the Metro Centre on 19th Feb 24 for advice and the staff member gave me the number for the cancellations team. The man I spoke to on the cancellations team was incredibly helpful and found a great deal for me (pretty sure he was scottish) So grateful, thank you so much 🙂 I phoned at 12:54 on the 19th if that is helpful.

Every single time I have been put through on the phone to a staff member who has been genuine, friendly, and helpful. Hi. I received an automated text from Sky and it did not suit my particular purpose in reply. We have only been with Sky a month, I don't think that's long enough to recommend it. 6 months, maybe. BUT, I can sing the praises of Deanne (Scottish accent). On 17th Feb she had the patience of a saint. I am a pensioner so have no technical background/jargon. She managed to talk me through step by step what I had to do to get my TV working using wifi instead of the dodgy ethernet. She managed to do it with great grace and leave me feeling uplifted. She even called back the next day to check all was well. Can't praise her enough. If she is the example of a Sky employee then I look forward to the next 6 months when I would be happy to complete the questionnaire . I truly hope this feedback gets to her.

I called on Friday 2nd of February and spoke to Declan. I have to say, he was an amazing, friendly, polite and helpful adviser. I explained to Declan that I had spoken with one of his colleagues just before him and that I had hung up the phone on her as she was rude, very dry, hopeless and eating! Declan apologised, explaining that should never happen. It was a first for me from Sky. Declan explained everything he was doing, looked at my Sky Glass and told me that he could see all the errors. Declan ran me through some tests/checks. He advised that I could have a replacement TV sent out. I have to say, he is a credit to have working for you. I hope that, if needed in the future, I have the pleasure of Declan being my adviser. Please let him know that I have sent this and that I said thank you, again. Do what you can to keep him as part of your team!

Got through to John in the Sky Stream team today as I was out of contract and using sky satellite TV. John was unbelievable throughout, great craic, professional and got us brilliant offers. We were about to switch to Virgin media but now remaining with sky since our upgraded broadband and upgraded TV package is now less than Virgin as a new customer and is saving us £30/month on what we were paying. Brilliant customer service. Get this man promoted!!
