Thanks to Ann(e)

I would like to say a huge thanks to Ann(e) not sure if it was with an E or not for the help she gave me on the 20th regarding my Sky Stream order she went above and beyond to find out what was happening with my order and found out it became a 'ghost' order for some reason and she went on to contact another back office to get the order progressed. Then later on in the evening I had 2 E-mails saying that the order has been processed and that the puck is now awaiting dispatch.  She is a credit to the Call center and deserves to be recoginsed.  Many Thanks Simon
