I would like to express my appreciation for the excemplary customer service shown by Graham. From his phone manner, product knowledge, communications were just above and beyond. 

I know if I had a Graham on my team within my own profession I would consider myself very lucky.

I hope Sky Ireland appreciate just how much of a credit he is to their business.
