Hi. I have just had a long telephone conversation with one of your staff, regarding internet problems. I believe it was Stefan that I was speaking to. He was exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly and determined to sort my problems. I would like his superiors to know what a fine job he did. As I said to him 10± out of 10.
