Incredibly helpful

My sky contract was coming to an end next month and I wanted to find a new deal with amedments to my package. Initially the contact centre service on two occasions was terrible and left me so frustrated. I nipped into the store in the Metro Centre on 19th Feb 24 for advice and the staff member gave me the number for the cancellations team. The man I spoke to on the cancellations team was incredibly helpful and found a great deal for me (pretty sure he was scottish) So grateful, thank you so much 🙂
