10/10 customer service on the phone!

Called sky due to router & sky box issue. We spoke to Nick who was incredible, so helpful and friendly. Even asked about our weekend and had a lovely chat. Was super helpful and resolved our issue within minutes! Thank you so much for your incredible Service Nick!
