To find out what is going on you need to monitor the traffic (mirrored switch plus wireshark) between Sky router and  your router, plus  maybe between ONT and your router to find where the SIP packets are getting lost. Your router send SIP REGISTER packet to voice.voip.sky server and the server replies. You need to find why the packets lost in your settings.

Is it any way to extract VOIP password to use normal VOIP phone instead Sky Router interface?

Nomone has found any way and I would not expect it is technically feasible as the system Sky uses appears  not to be a standard VOIP protcol

From the packets I can see it is an standard SIP protocol nothing extra. Normal PCMA coder for voice. All the important things to start using standard VOIP phone are there apart the password.

Can I use someone else sky router or the router is register with my sky settings?

No idea re voip. For broadband they are just hard coded with the connection string which is the same for all lines.
