any update from any customers?

i tried contacting the support on whatsapp, live chat here and even on phone support.

everytime i contact i had to explain my problem...and i was told to do usual reset reboot disconnect ONT and modem steps

but still no luck.

i have been turning off for the whole night - no luck

i get new ip but in same range

my neighbour had similar problem but got resolved.

my ip - 51.182.x.x is the problem

neighbours got fixed with 51.186.x.x

i spoke with them,, they told me that in 24-48 hours will be fixed..   but now more than 48hours and i continue to have UK IP..

 

sky getting the money from the bank work very more efficient than resolve the problems that they create

today i cancelled my contract due sky cant delivery the service i pay. they agreed.    i been confirmed they cant resolve the issue.. so bye bye sky..

Hi , I also have the Now TV and RTE player issue  as of last Wednesday. Still no resolution. Is there someone from Sky who can help?

I am having the same problem. Totally incorrect location shown for my IP address.

This seems to be a widespread problem that has gone on for a very long time. 

Please can someone from Sky look into this

@Rgdw IS the problem still happening today ?.

 

Can you advise what services are not working for you.

 

I did notice the problem over the last few days particularly with RTE 2FM on a google nest device, It started working again this morning though.

Yes it is still happening. It shows my location as approx 200 miles east of where I am. Caused me a problem because someone checked my IP address and decided I was not honest as it was so far from my stated address.

Hi is there a fix for this, it's preventing me from streaming on RTE player, showing my Ip address as London when I am in N Ireland

@BigReid The norm now is switch the hub off for a couple hours and see if it get's a new IP. Same as you up North of the England border but thinks i am a Londoner with the IP....

While 200 miles away is the country correct ?,

 

I.E. are you way down the west of Cork and your IP address showing as Dublin.
