I have recently added Sky Broadband (1GB, Sky Hub) to my existing Sky Q and mini TV setup. However, while the LAN Internet is consistently fast, when I connect the Sky Q box to the Sky wifi, after a short period of time, the entire wifi network grounds to a halt (<1Mbps from any device).
I have removed all devices, split out the Sky wifi networks to 2.4GHz and 5GHz, changed wifi channels, all to no avail. The issue is always and consistently happening once the main Sky Q box joins the Sky wifi network and kills both the 2.4GHz and the 5GHz networks.
I suspect it's a dodgy Sky Hub as no issue on previous operators network, but wonder is it my existing Sky Q box?

Hey Tom - I was discussing with an engineer yesterday who asked me to come back with some details from testing yesterday evening. However, I'm unable to reach anyone online for the last hour???
