Terrible Signal Strength I Poor

Hello,

My wifi connection has been slow recently.
When I looked on my Sky App, it seems my contract was due to end this month.
I upgraded the plan and had the Sky Max Hub delivered last week and it seems worse than ever.

When I've checked on here, it is saying that the connection is good but I can't even take a video call for work without freezing me.
