WiFi not working upstairs

My WiFi is not working upstairs on my laptop.

@MissE WiFi coverage in your home may require additional equipment you can either buy Sky's WiFi Max package which includes WiFi extenders if required (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max) or you canbuy your own wifi set up.

Though I pay too much to buy anything else from Sky. I'll call them as I feel they need to provide access in the whole home.
