VPN connection

I am unable to connect to the VPN connection for my work. I have contacted the IT department and they have informed me that it is a known issue with SKY broadband. They have advised that I need to contact you and request that you disable VPN shield. I am trying to connect to 217.205.212.210 via IKEv2 VPN but it is being blocked. Thanks Mark
