@JusR23 the normal figure  for the noise margin is under 6.4dB so whatever fault uou had got worse - did you have heavy rain around the sametime by any chance?

I'm not 100% sure but I think we did. It did start playing up just after the hot spell we had.

I do know just before it started playing up my noise margin was around 4-5db and I was getting between 68-70Mbps with no issues what so ever.

Just a follow up,

Had the Sky Tech round this morning and he's diagnosed that the master socket was the issue and has replaced it. 
My speed has now gone above the minimum speed but still no where near what it used to be (upload speed has improved also).

As you can see my noise margin is still high, would asking to reset DLM make much of a difference or will it just kick in and attempt to see what my line can handle. 

I'm not convinced it's fixed but only time will tell.

@JusR23 the cabinet is still limiting your speed but hopefully the DLM will kick in tonight and start dropping the noise margin. If it doesnt Sky may have to get the system reset.

The first thing they do is reset the dlm before going to your house. So keep an eye on the noise margin and speeds over the next 10 days and avoid any temptation to reset or turn off the hub during this time

Ah that will explain the rapid disconnections I had this morning and my noise margin going all over the place about 30-40mins before he arrived. 

I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days and see what happens.
