New Wi-Fi, now having trouble connecting devices

Since getting new Wi-Fi I am having trouble connecting my ring door bell and safety cameras in the house. Does not appear to be an issue with the apps for these devices, it appears to be a Wi-Fi issue. Unsure if there is some sort of block on the sky end preventing my apps connecting to Wi-Fi.
