The green light is back, so it is certainly better than it was before... Let's see when it updates the app

Also back to red this morning! Took one ready yesterday afternoon strangely.

I have found ringing them direct sorts any issues and they are really helpful on the phone to be fair. [02838][364][556]

Hoping for green in the morning but doubtful now it's the weekend!

Might have to call on Monday as they still haven't replied to my ticket I raised a week ago!

Re: Watchman SENSiT Smart WiFi Tank Level Monitoring Kit

I did get a reading through this morning (11am), about 36 hours after my previous. It's green for the time being.

Still pretty poor the whole point is to be able monitor the tank easily and accurately. I'll have to go back to my appollo smart which is just a in house display but it does work 😂

I have the house display for the watchman also. I think that there are some teething problems is all (hoping so)

The appollo is not too bad I've had it for several years. It displays oil in liters not just a simple gauge. Also calculates consumption, days until you need a refill, CO2 ouput, and cost if you enter how much per l you paid for oil. Not sure it's teething issues either the product has been around quite some time for it to be that.

We've had a daily reading since the server outage thing. The thing still goes solid red and solid green and it seems very random

Same, red yesterday morning, reading at 2pm and green. Then goes red overnight.

Working but the lights don't correspond to that!

Re: Watchman SENSiT Smart WiFi Tank Level Monitoring Kit

I'm having the exact same issue with my Sensit. I thought it was my PPPOE TP link router that was causing the issue,  I'm glad to hear that other people are having the same issue and it appears to be on Kingspans end. I've had no luck connecting the USB dongle over Wi-fi, so I had to plug it directly into the router which worked. My USB also changes from green to red periodically, it hasn't been outputting readings reliably the past few days.
