Png improvement
Hi We have superfast broadband and usual items connected to it. My sons computer however is complaining his png is very high and his games are lagging etc it's not the computer as its just been upgraded Any ideas please- we have tried all the usual this and nothing improves it.

@Carolinesjam Sky and Openreach give no guaratees on latency. Number one cause of lag is the WiFi connection in your home especially if you have boosters which is why Ethernet is always a better solution for gaming. A good alternative is powerline networking adapters you buy as a kit as these use the house's mains wiring to carry the data.
Beyond things get complicated and are very difficult to control. What lag is a speedtest.net reporting?
