VPN blocked

Having just upgraded to Sky max we have the issue of work VPN being blocked so we are unable to WFH. This was not communicated to us before as being a potential issue. If I buy an older black router and connect it will that solve the problem? TIA!

Sometimes Sky do make it harder than it should be to get help, seeing as the form isn't working I'll escalate your post to the Sky staff here to see if they can help.

If they can you should receive a reply in this thread letting you know you've been sent a chat invite, that should trigger a brightly coloured chat bubble to appear toward the bottom of your screen(it won't be instant and it will probably be tomorrow now).
