slow internet

hi all  i have been using sky internet for while its speed is 150 as usual however, this last days i have changed my password and name on wifi

it started to act badly and became choppy and laggy it connects and reconnects while am gaming or studying or using my phone  i called sky on mobile they told me i might have problem in setup home, can anyone help me what it could be.
