Trying to turn off 5Ghz

I want to connect several items that use 2.4ghz so need to turn off 5Ghz to do this.
There are no hub admin controls on the MySky app. Fibre went active about lunchtime today.
Any advice??

@teddyman the need to use the My Sky app only apllies if you havectgecwhite Sky Max hub. The black hubs are controlled through their web inerface see Split Sky WiFi bands

If you haveca white hubs sign out and exit thecapp and then reload it as the settings should appear under Product Options if they dont you need to call Sky to get them added.

If your Hub has not yet been assimilated, then you should be able to make the required changes in the web interface. 192.168.0.1 into a web broswer & login with username admin & the WiFi password.

I have a white Skymax hub.
Where would I find the hub username?
