Unable to Connect second Max Pod

I've picked up a second Max Pod, plugged it in next to the hub and it won't connect. It's got a flashing white light but never connects. I can't see an option in the app to add one.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi Tom

 

I fixed this late last night, I had to add the Pod using the serial number and the QR code on the box. 

 

Took some time but all good
