WiFi working but not fully

My WiFi is working but very mildly, it's enough to get a rezult through Google search or YouTube on the tv but not enough to refresh apps etc or keep it on on my phone. I need to keep turning it off and use mobile data to get a stronger connection.

my partners phone is the same connected to wifi and the kids tablets so it's definitely the wifi that's the issue.

im just not sure what the problem is
