I got one too!! First one since 26th
wrote to them giving them an update from this forum & myself, saying I was getting to point of sending it back to them. . 3 hrs later turned green & took a reading!!!

After messing about with 5ghz and 2.4GHz, moving the position of the usb stick (all over the damn house), resetting and resetting; It finally showed green this morning, and I have had a reading. First time it's worked since 26th Feb.
I messaged Kingspan last week, but have had nothing from them.
Is the thinking, that they are doing something remotely that is causing/solving all our connection problems?
