No broadband. Connection to hub - 2nd Mar

Slow flashing green lights this morning. Tried the broadband service checker, but that says...

 

Oops that didn't work.

We're having some problems and our tests are unavailable at the moment.

Try again later...

 

This leaves me with no way to contact Sky, since my land line won't work to call 150.

 

What do I do??

Btw. Tried all the usual things, reconnecting the DSL line, restarting the hub
