Slow wifi in one room

I have a home that is quite spread out, with thick walls.  I already have a booster in place to ensure I get wifi coverage  in the upper floors, but there's a room that is suffering from very poor speeds, less than 0.5Mbps, it's also a room that I need covered.  
I'm sure when I switched to Sky they guaranteed full coverage in every room of the house, is that the case?

If you have the broadband boost subscription on your account then you have the right to claim a free booster from Sky
