My phone line has come down over the weekend (when we were away) and Open Reach have removed it... they say we need to contact Sky to get it reattached - anyone had experience of this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RachelRadford you need to report the fault to Sky so thry can get Openreach to replace it. These things happen but can takecquiteca while to get sorted.
I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
